Returns & Refunds
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for standard, non-customized items within 20-30 days of delivery for customers within India. For international orders (other countries), we do not accept returns. To be eligible for a return within India, the artifact must be unused, in its original pristine condition, and in the original packaging. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Bespoke commissions, custom Kula Deivam paintings, personalized engravings, and items marked as 'final sale' are strictly non-returnable. This policy reflects the unique dedication and irreversible energy poured into customized creations.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide clear photographs of the damage along with the unboxing video. We will prioritize your case and offer a free restoration or a complete replacement.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our patron support via email or WhatsApp with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to securely package the item and the return shipping address.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our artisans, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a high-value item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
